Learn About Butterflies Day: March 15 – 16
Members Get Free Admission
Small but mighty! Butterflies exist on every continent except Antarctica. Here in San Diego, we are fortunate to spot a variety of butterflies. Did you know? None of the monarch butterflies who migrate have ever been to their destination before. Scientists believe they have an internal compass that combines information like the sun’s position and skylight to know exactly where they are going.

Member-Only Craft: March 16 from 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Members Get Exclusive Access
While 40 oz. Stanley cups might have been all the craze for you and me, pollinators appreciate a more rustic drinking vessel. Too small of a container and the warm SoCal sun might dry it up before they find it. Too large of a container poses a risk of drowning. Join us for the member-only craft and create a one-of-a-kind watering station that even Goldilocks would love.
